Friday. |

Once you've booked in at your hotel or pitched at the campsite, wander along to the marquee and collect your registration pack. You'll need to wear your wristband throughout the weekend so we know you're part of the event (and covered by our insurance).
In the evening, grab yourself one of chef's Friday Night Specials from the van and join the meet 'n' greet in the marquee. There'll be a quiz once we've all finishd eating. The real ale bar will be open until 1.00am (wine, spirits and soft drinks also available).

Saturday. |

Chef's field kitchen will be open for breakfast.
Saturday morning sees our legendary run around the North York Moors to lunch.
After lunch, you're free to enjoy Runswick Bay or venture further afield - perhaps to Whitby or beyond. If you return to the campsite, why not take the opportunity to test your driving skills on our race simulator? (small charge applies)
Saturday evening is barbeque time outside the marquee (there will be more than one bbq!). Bring your own meat, we'll provide the salad. The bar will be open until 1.00am and a live band and disco will entertain in the marquee.

Sunday.
|
Chef's field kitchen will be open for breakfast, and throughout the morning.
This morning there's an informal concourse on the field outside the marquee. Winners are chosen by popular vote, and there are lots of prizes.
There will be a tombola in the marquee, and probably some autojumble, too.
If there's any beer left, the bar will open at 11.00. The awards will be presented just after lunch, and this will be followed by the raffle draw. This year, we'll also have the handover of "SOCrates", the Stag Owners Club's ceremonial reindeer - he's touring the country in celebration of the 40th aniversary of the Stag. | | |
